I've pushed out quite a few styling & CSS changes so OpenFit looks great on mobile phone and tablet devices. Going forward all development will put a priority on mobile and use progressive enhancement for the laptop/desktop UI when there is more screen width available.
These changes will be in the next 1.2 release or you can go get the latest source code at bitbucket.
Today I pushed some import code changes to allow better multi-user scaling. These changes decreased peak memory usage during import up to 14 times in some scenarios! You can get the changes at bitbucket or wait for the next 1.2 release.
This is a major update with a big list of new features, enhancements, and over 40 bug fixes. In addition this release includes a new open source Android app to demonstrate uploading workouts to an OpenFit.Web server. Pretty cool stuff. Below is a list of the major updates.
I've added a new feature: public user profile pages.
Now you can click a user's photo and can see some basic stats as well as a list of the recent workouts they have shared. The profile page is a great starting point for making your fitness community more social. You can imagine all kinds of content and features here such as: add a comment, request friend, a list of recent comments, etc.
